Workplace Safety and Health Matters
Safety is our culture. It is the top priority in everything that we do. We consistently strive to provide a safe, healthy and conducive environment not only for our employees, but also, for our supporting service providers and the community in every project. Our management attended and will continue to attend workplace safety and health related seminars and conferences to keep abreast with the latest development in the industry.
In project implementation on site, we have a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) committee who are responsible enforce to strict HSE compliance with laws and regulations governing the construction industry. The committee actively monitors the changes in laws and regulations and implement these changes accordingly.
The HSE policy requires all employees and sub-contractors understand their duties and responsibilities and comply. The policy also incorporates safety procedures specifically produced to ensure all equipment and materials are handled with care. The HSE committee practices open communication regarding HSE issues among all personnel, and ensures sufficient training to manage risks in work activities and prevent accidents.
