Tan Seng Chye, aged 55, a Malaysian citizen, is our Senior Operations Director. He joined Jack-In Pile (M) Sdn Bhd or JIP Malaysia in 2014. He holds the responsibility for overseeing the overall operations and project management of the Group. He has more than 36 years of experience in the building and construction industry in various companies. During his career, he has completed many residential development, including high rise and landed properties, as well as commercial projects in various locations in Malaysia.

Dr. Ong Chin Yee, aged 34, a Malaysian citizen, is currently the Project Director in JIP Malaysia. Since 2014, he is responsible for leading the Project Department. He graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from University Tenaga National, Malaysia in 2004. He obtained his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand in 2007. He subsequently completed his doctorate in Philosophy at Saga University, Japan in 2011.

His work experience includes consultancy work for earth retaining systems for underground excavations and analysis of slope stability analysis. He has also led the design and technical department for foundation and earth retaining works which supports business operations.

Ir. Wong Seak Yeo, aged 36, a Malaysian citizen, is currently the Technical Director in JIP Malaysia. He joined the Company in 2012. He is primarily responsible for the preparation of construction drawings, overseeing all technical matters on geotechnical, pilling and foundation works as well as preparing foundation alternative design proposal of geotechnical calculations of piles, pilling and pile cap designs at project tender stage.

He has more than 10 years of experience in project management, and also civil and structural design. He has also completed several high rise residential projects and commercial projects.

He graduated with a degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from University Malaysia Sarawak in 2005. He is also a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (“BEM”) and Institutions of Engineers Malaysia (“IEM”) since 2010.

Ir. Yap Lean Kent, aged 38, a Malaysian citizen, is currently the Contract Director in JIP Malaysia. He is responsible for leading and managing the overall contract management operations of our Group. His responsibilities include overseeing the submission of tenders and cost estimates of projects as well as reviewing, evaluating and preparing recommendations for the tendering of projects.

He has 14 years of experience includes consultancy work on civil, geotechnical and structural engineering designs. A graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering from University Science Malaysia in 2002, he is also registered as a Professional Engineer with the IEM since 2011.
