Jack-in-Pile (M) Sdn Bhd, our wholly-owned and principal operating subsidiary, was incorporated on 10 March 2006. We started with an initial machinery investment of six hydraulic jack-in machines, manufactured by one of the leading producers in the world, Guangdong Liyuan Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd.

Our first project commenced in April 2006. Ever since then, we have has been actively promoting and utilizing the hydraulic jack-in machinery in all our construction projects.

The advantages of the new piling system, especially with increasing demand for environmental friendly machinery, led to rapid growth in our business.

As the jack-in piling system emits relatively lower noise and vibrations compared to the other piling system, we are able to offer the perfect solution to our clients, particularly for their higher value development projects in high density urban areas.

Supported by a committed and technically strong management team, our resolute commitment to performance and deliveries has attracted numerous high profile clients across the construction and property segments through the years.

We are also registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) of Malaysia as G7 contractor for the Category B (Building) and Category CE (Civil Engineering).

Under Category B, the company is able to tender for piling works (B05) and concrete repair work (B06) of unlimited value in the Category B classification in the Malaysia construction sector.

As for Category CE, the company is able to tender for piling works (CE10) and offshore works (CE15) of unlimited value in the Malaysia construction sector.

With this, we are able to optimize our resources to tender for government projects to replenish our order book.

As business thrived, we have also increased the size of our fleet of jack-in piling machines, from six since inception to 36 hydraulic jack-in piling machines. With the exception of 2013, we have been systematically expanding our fleet of machinery and equipment annually, with higher investments of hydraulic jack-in machines from China. Our current inventory comprises a fleet of machinery and equipment consisting of 36 hydraulic jack-in machines, three mobile cranes, 12 crawler cranes, four excavators and five other machines.

As a testimony to our success and expertise in the specialized piling system, we are honoured to be appointed as the key distributor in Malaysia for China's Guangdong Liyuan Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd, a major jack-in piling machine manufacturer.

Established in 1993, Guangdong Liyuan Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd is one of China’s leading piling machinery manufacturer and one of the largest in the world. Its machines are exported to the US, Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore.

In 2016, the group via Jack-In Pile (Australia) Pty Ltd, secured distribution and sales and services of construction and mining equipments from China-based company namely Sunward Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd in Malaysia and across the Australian market in certain territories (Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria).

While our appointment has strengthened our relationship with our key supplier, the exclusive distributorship holds great potential and provides opportunities for organic growth for the Group.
